Ke$ha has left rehab and is feeling "healthy".
In January it was announced that the singer had checked into Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center to deal with an eating disorder.
The 27-year-old has now taken to Twitter to inform her fans that she's completed treatment and is on the road to recovery.
"Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me," she posted.
"life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all (sic)."
Ke$ha's mother, Pebe Sebert, spoke out following her daughter's admittance to rehab, claiming that producer Dr. Luke was to blame for her negative body image.
According to Pebe, the 40-year-old and others in Ke$ha's team had encouraged her to throw up to lose weight.
Prior to leaving rehab, the Timber singer had reached out to fans on Twitter to keep them updated on her progress.
"hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support," she wrote.
"i couldnt do this without you. (sic)"
She also asked pals for help when she couldn't get onto the social networking site herself.
"This is Kesha's friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to twitter right now," the confidante posted.
"she says "THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever
"ohhh and she can't believe Timber is still number one! "F**k YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!" (sic)"
