Ke$ha: People think I'm always drunk

Ke$ha thinks people expect her to constantly be intoxicated.

The singer has noticed that her wild behaviour can often lead people to think that she parties 24/7.

However she is keen to set the record straight that she is sometimes sober.

"People do expect me to be drunk most hours of every day," she told Canada's Entertainment Tonight. "Everybody just always thinks I'm drunk! 'Cause I just act kind of drunk in general.

"Not to disappoint you, but I'm not wasted right now."

The pop star shows what her life is really like on her MTV reality series My Crazy Beautiful Life.

The clips which her brother Lagan Sebert recorded are said to be unscripted portrayals of the 26-year-old's life that are "too real."

"There's not one moment on the show that's been scripted or fake," she said. "It's my life. It's balls out."

Ke$ha is touring with rapper Pitbull at the moment but in the six-part documentary viewers can see her previous gig dates in action.

One part in the footage filmed over two-and-a half years sees the star drink her urine which caused uproar amongst parenting groups.

"I know you want me to say I wish I didn't drink my pee, but I'm happy I did," Ke$ha recently told MTV News. "I don't go online because it gives me anxiety. I know everyone's always talking about 'How dare I fill-in-the-blank.' [But] It's my pee!"
