The Take It Off singer speaks out in a video for the It Gets Better Project to help prevent lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth from committing suicide.
In the video, Ke$ha says: 'To anyone who is being… harassed or bullied, I just want to tell you, it will get better – it will.
'No matter if you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, however you are choosing to live is beautiful and you have my full support and all of my love, be yourself, and it will get better.'
She added: 'When people are mean for no reason, it's horrible, but I swear to God, it will get better – please don't ever give up, I love you guys.'
The 23-year-old singer joins other celebrities including actress Anne Hathaway, who have been participating in public service announcements on US TV as part of the campaign.
