The 23-year-old American singer has a passion for body art and famously boasts a dollar sign inking on her hand. The brave star insists she isn’t invincible and does feel pain, but she just doesn’t think the tattoo process is anything to get nervous about.
“It’s not bad,” she told a BBC radio show.
The star jokingly described her management’s decision to buy her a tattoo gun as “smart”, and admitted she’s looking forward to using it. Despite not having any formal training as a tattooist, she’s improvised body art for pals on numerous occasions using unconventional methods.
“I’ll practise on my bandmates,” she laughed. “I’ve given tattoos with a safety pin and an ink pen.”
Ke$ha also described her excitement about visiting Russia this week. The star is jetting off to the country for work, and can’t wait to experience its customs as well as doing some sightseeing.
“I’ve always wanted to go Russia,” she beamed. The star travels a great deal for her pop career, but feels protected by the “hobo dots” she has marked on her body. According to the singer the three spots will protect her from “hobos, convicts and sailors”.
