The reality TV star – who is famous for her voluptuous rear end - is lampooned in the video for the rapper's new song 'We Made You' but is trying to see the funny side.
She said: "I just saw the video this morning with the girl with the huge a*s. I thought it was so funny. I'm a huge Eminem fan so I think it's hysterical.
"You have to have a sense of humour about it, you can't take it too seriously. It's a little mean but what can you do? You just have to laugh about it."
The video clip features a Kim look-a-like with an enormous butt, which inflates like an airbag in a car accident, knocking the rapper off his seat.
Eminem retaliates by feeding the impersonator into a wood chipper.
The 28-year-old star is not the only celebrity to be targeted in the video – which also pokes fun at Britney Spears, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Aniston, Sarah Palin and Ellen DeGeneres.
Eminem admits he wanted to attack celebrity culture in the promo.
He told MTV: "There's some celebrity bashing in it.
"I want to say it's not necessarily intentional bashing in it - it's not necessarily taking deliberate shots at people.
"Yes, it is. What the f**k am I talking about?"
Although some people are unhappy with the promotional clip, the rapper hopes scenes where he dresses as a rock star will gain some approval.
He explained: "Hot chicks who don't want me, I'm telling them they do. It's kind of like a reverse-psychology thing, and I'm going to see if the record comes out and it works."
