The singer-and-dancer left the Pussycat Dolls last year to pursue solo projects. She is now a judge on British talent show Got to Dance and sings with new group Her Majesty & The Wolves.
Kimberly was invited to front the electro-pop band - which also features Spencer Nezey - and although she has achieved worldwide fame as a member of the Pussycat Dolls, she doesn’t dictate what goes on within the group.
“I don’t really look at myself as Her Majesty,” Kimberly said. “Her Majesty is our imagination and everything we can put into our shows and our music to bring it to life and to make it as fun as possible. We need fun, I need fun!”
The 28-year-old star is currently promoting new single Stars In Your Eyes and recently shot the promo to accompany the track. Kimberly is thrilled with the video, revealing she called upon an old friend to help put the dance routines together.
“I was good friends with Ashley [Roberts] even before I was in the Dolls, so when it came to doing the Stars In Your Eyes video I called her up and asked if she would come do choreography and dance with me. So she is in the video with me as well,” she explained. “I am always looking for opportunities to bring them in that makes sense so we can continually collaborate.”
