The Twilight star finds it hard to tell if she has progressed as an actor but her role in new flick Welcome to the Rileys seems to have helped her grow as an actress.
When the 20-year-old was asked by MTV News about how she views her work now compared to her early performances, she was at first uncertain of how to answer.
She said: 'I don't know, man, I really don't know.'
But Kristen did manage to come up with an answer, saying that although she gets 'hung up' on some things, she still feels like she has improved as an actress since starring in the new film as a runaway teenager-turned-stripper.
Stewart said: 'I could sit here and bring up little things that I wish I didn't [do], little things that kill me, stuff that maybe other people don't see but stuff that is very apparent to me.
'If I did bring my little things to it, we did share a few personality aspects, I think that's maybe why I was hired - it was a stretch, because obviously I live nothing like she lives, but it's always really hard to say why you've progressed as an actor... I feel like I've gotten better with every movie.'
