TV stations in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia have cut scenes from the video, which features Kylie writhing amongst gay and straight couples, then releasing a white dove into the air.
The 42-year-old star has now told Spanish TV station Cuatro it is 'touching and sensual'.
Asked about the controversy, she replied, 'I think yes, it's sexy but I also think it's very touching and sensual and the message is love.'
Kylie is a frequent visitor to Spain, thanks to her Spanish boyfriend Andres Velencoso.
