The singer's chances of conceiving were drastically reduced after she underwent chemotherapy for breast cancer in 2005.
Now clear of the disease, the 42-year-old said she has been considering her choices – particularly since little sister Dannii gave birth to baby Ethan earlier this year.
'I've looked into various options,' she told Glamour magazine.
'I don't know if I'm going to go down any of those roads yet, but I do need to look at what might be potential paths that lead to a family. They can do incredible things now, especially in America.'
But the Aussie star said despite her fertility issues, she finally feels as though her life is getting back on track.
She explained, 'I don't want to lose any more weight. I just need to get my fitness up. I do feel that then I'll almost be back in my own body, which would be great.'
