Lana Rey has released two brand new songs to end the year, both from the soundtrack to the new Tim Burton movie 'Big Eyes'.
"I'm so grateful to Tim for letting me into his wild world and to Harvey for encouraging me to continue to write for films. I'm honored that the Hollywood foreign press has nominated my song," Lana said in a statement.
'Big Eyes' is the true story of one of the biggest art frauds of the 20th century.
Painter Walter Keane had enormous success with his pop art paintings of a girl with big eyes but the work was actually created by his wife Margaret. Walter rose to initial fame by taking credit for his wife's work.
'Big Eyes' was written by Golden Globe winners Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski. Danny Huston, Krysten Ritter, Jason Schwartzman, Terence Stamp and Jon Polito star.
'Big Eyes' will open on Christmas Day in the USA and February 5 in Australia.
