LCD Soundsystem have unveiled the trailer for their DVD 'Shut Up And Play The Hits, which documents their final show at New York's Madison Square Garden in April 2011.
The film, set to screen at the Sundance Film Festival later this month, was directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, with the tagline"If it's a funeral… let's have the best funeral ever,"
The band, fronted by James Murphy, played their final show at Madison Square Garden on April 2.
Their final gig included a surprise appearance from Montreal-based band Arcade Fire. Arcade Fire’s Win and Will Butler, Régine Chassagne and Jeremy Gara accompanied LCD Soundsystem as backing singers on ‘North American Scum’.
