The 25-year-old Bleeding Love singer split with her high school sweetheart, Lou Al-Chamaa, earlier this year and has been dating Dennis Jauch, 22, for the past two months.
A pal said to Sunday Mirror reporter Dean Piper: 'Dennis is head over heels in love with Leona and wants to be in London so he can be closer to her.
'He had a regular job in Hamburg but has packed it in so he can follow Leona to London. He is leaving all his friends behind, too - but he doesn't care. He just wants to be with Leona. She is delighted because it's a sign of how much he thinks of her. They have become close very quickly and Leona's never been happier.
'He's away on a small dance tour and will begin hunting for a flat in London next month.'
