Leona Lewis is set to perform at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert.
The 'Bleeding Love' singer has reportedly been added to the star-studded line-up for the former South Africa President's milestone celebrations in London this summer.
The concert will be her biggest show ever and would mark the end of her successful world tour to promote her debut album 'Spirit'.
Leona, 23, recently became the first British solo artist to top the US album charts with a debut record, after 'Spirit' sold 205,000 copies in its first week to be number one in The Billboard 200.
Her debut US single 'Bleeding Love' topped The Billboard Hot 100 chart, while her mentor Simon Cowell recently revealed she is the biggest-selling new artist in the world. Leona will be joined at London's Hyde Park by Eminem after Queen rocker Brian May persuaded him to come out of retirement.
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse, Razorlight, Sugababes and Keane are also expected to perform at the event on June 27. Geri Halliwell has promised to give Mandela a special treat for his 90th birthday. The singer - who is rumoured to be headlining the concert with the rest of the Spice Girls - famously flirted with the revered politician when she met him with the band in 1997.
Registration for the 45,000 tickets will open a week from tomorrow (06.05.08).
