Limp Bizkit are being sued by their own insurance company, United National, over the death of a teenager at their Big Day Out concert in Sydney in 2000.
United National have pleaded to a Los Angeles court to absolve them from paying the band's legal fees, which have apparently escalated to hundreds of thousands of smackers.
A Sydney court found Limp Bizkit not guilty of the death of teenager Jessica Michalik, who was crushed to death at the concert.
