Manic Street Preachers have postponed tonight's (October 26) gig at the O2 Academy Birmingham due to illness.
The gig has been rescheduled for December 14, with all tickets remaining valid.
Speaking about the postponement, frontman James Dean Bradfield explained: "I would like to personally apologise for the situation tonight. Nothing makes us feel worse than having to postpone a show, especially since we always receive a great reaction in Birmingham. The audience there have always been loyal to us. Again, sincere apologies for this."
A spokesperson for the band added that if necessary, refunds for the gig are available from point of purchase.
Manic Street Preachers' next scheduled gig is set to take place at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on Thursday (October 28).
