MARILYN MANSON has admitted that he was once so hooked on drugs, he broke down in tears when his tour manager refused to feed his habit.
Earlier this week, Manson's former friend, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, branded the goth-rocker a "dopey clown" over his drink and drug addictions.
And Manson admits he's still struggling to stay clean and relies on his tour manager, known only as Steve, to keep him drug-free.
Manson says, "Steve wouldn't get me any drugs. My eyes watered. Then he asked me if I am OK! It's ridiculous. It should be, 'Here's the mirror - and now are you OK?'"
But Manson denies he is an alcoholic, adding: "Not according to the statistics that I read. I went to one AA meeting and I got asked for an autograph. I got p**sed off.
"I think you should be able to go in there wearing a mask and say I'm an alcoholic, I'm anonymous. That's a real alcoholic."
