Marilyn Manson wants a role in new biopic about Charles Manson

It was recently rumoured that Lindsay Lohan could be up for a role in the new flick about the infamous psychopath.

TMZ claims Manson has spoken with its director Tyler Shields about taking on the role of Manson's pal Tex Watson.

Watson was imprisoned for a number of murders including that of Sharon Tate.

It's claimed Lohan is being tipped for the role of Sharon in the flick but she is yet to sign a deal to play the part.

TMZ adds that producers 'love the idea' of Manson taking on the role of Watson and are currently in talks.
