Matt Cardle has won 2010's X Factor after performing a cover of Biffy Clyro's 'Many Of Horror' in tonight's (December 12) final.
The Essex singer beat Rebecca Ferguson and boyband One Direction, who finished second and third respectively in the ITV talent show. Cher Lloyd left the programme last night after receiving the lowest number of votes of the final four acts.
Cardle will now release the track as his debut single tomorrow (December 13) - although the title will be changed to 'When We Collide'.
'Many Of Horror' appeared on Biffy Clyro's 2009 album 'Only Revolutions'.
After Cardle performed the track during tonight's final, it was described by judge Louis Walsh as a "great contemporary pop song".
