Maximo Park will headline a charity bill which will also include Mystery Jets, Blood Red Shoes and Pete And The Pirates.
To be held at Kentish Town's Forum venue on May 28, the date is set to raise money for The Royal Marsden Hospital and the No Surrender Charitable Trust.
Paul Smith has co. have organised the event after a close friend, Jason Boas, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given just 6-12 months to live.
They're also hosting it in memory of Claudia Anselmetti, who died from cancer three years ago.
Smith commented, "When you know someone is up against cancer it makes sense to give them your full support...What we do best is play concerts and we intend to give all profit from our gig at The Forum to help rebuild the cancer unit [at The Royal Marsden]..."
