Tony Bennett is preparing for his 85th birthday with a second volume of duets and will use the project to 'pass the baton' to Michael Buble.
Buble and Bennett were in the studio in New York this week recording a version of 'Don't Get Around Much Anymore' for the album due in September.
Tony Bennett will turn 85 on August 3, 2011. In 2006, for his 80th birthday, he released the first 'Duets' records.
The 2006 'Duets' featuring collaborations with Paul McCartney, Barbra Streisand, Bono, Tim McGraw and Celine Dion.
'Duet II' will feature Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones, Marey Carey, Natalie Cole, Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, John Groban, John Mayer, Faith Hill, Andrea Bocelli and Alejandro Sanz, as well as Buble.
'Duets II' is planned for a September 20 release.
