Michael Jackson's court case continues to be wrapped up in secrecy.
His attorneys asked a judge yesterday to seal several motions in the case. The motion included a request that the indictment against Jackson be dismissed, plus others involving defense motions that challenged search warrants.
Jackson attorney Robert Sanger says the motion should be kept sealed because it would disclose potential witness testimony and evidence that may not be admitted at trial.
Ted Boutrous, an attorney for news organizations covering the case including the A-P, says the motions could be key to the case and the public has a right to know if the court is being fair.
Judge Rodney Melville told Boutrous he's keeping the evidence sealed to make sure Jackson gets a fair trial.
