Michael Jackson's estate are planning on making a Hollywood biopic chronicling the life of the King of Pop.
John Branca, who is the executor of the late singer's estate, has approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock's Montecito Picture Company about the possiblity of making the movie, according to Variety.
Pollock said that talks were in a very early stage, and that not deal had yet been reached.
Previous movies from the Montecito canon include Road Trip, Old School and Up in the Air.
The decision to press ahead with the movie was taken following the end of Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial, where he was found guilty on November 7.
