Prosecutotrs plan to use the rehearsal footage to show the court that Jackson was in good health before he died, which the defence is now trying to fight, reports BBC News.
Lawyers from both sides are due in court on Thursday (June 23) to decide whether the footage of the rehearsals for Jackson's comeback shows should be made available to the defence team.
