Overview
The red jacket Michael Jackson wore in the video for 'Thriller' is set to go on tour after it was sold at auction.
Last month, Texas commodities broker Milton Verret paid $1.8million for the jacket, which is arguably the late singer's most iconic costume.
He told the Associated Press he wants the jacket to tour the world to help raise money for sick children.
He said he is hopeful that the jaunt will be sponsored by a number of as-yet-unconfirmed corporate companies.
The Jacket was one of two that Jackson wore in the 1983 video. You can see other items of music memorabilia from the auction on Gigwise below.
