The legendary 'This is it' singer ' who passed away from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 'worked with the Bee Gees star on track called 'All in Your Name' in 2002. While it was never released, Barry has posted a clip of them recording it and his memories of their time together online.
The 30 second clip sees Barry and Michael in a vocal booth laying down vocals over lush orchestral instrumentation.
Barry wrote of his friend: "Michael Jackson and I were the dearest of friends, that's simply what it was.
"We gravitated towards the same kind of music and we loved collaborating and he was the easiest person to write with."
He also wrote how he felt the song was a message by Michael to his fans all over the world.
He added: "'All in Your Name' is in fact the message that Michael wanted to send out to all of his fans all over the World that he did it all for them and for the pure love of music. I hope and pray that we all get to hear it in its entirety. This experience I will treasure forever."
Barry is currently writing songs for a new release, although at this time it has not been confirmed if this will feature 'All in Your Name', with Michael.
