Mick Jagger has organised the Rolling Stones 2014 tour dates around the World Cup - just to make sure he doesn't miss any of the football.
All of the band's shows have been scheduled in such a manner to allow Jagger to either watch the game on television, or fly out to Brazil and watch it for real. According to a source from The Sun this is because he is a huge football fan and has even requested that wherever the band are, there is a television with a feed to English channels.
''Mick worked out when the England games would be and made sure they wouldn't be performing at the same time," the source told the paper. "He's such a big footie fan, he wanted to make sure he didn't miss any matches. He's also insisted there's a decent telly with an English feed at whatever hotel and city the band are in.''
The Stones will be embarking on their tour this Friday (13 June), with a date at Stade de France in Paris. Obviously this will allow Jagger to relax on Saturday (14 June) in order to watch England's first game against Italy.
The 'Brown Sugar' singer will also fly out to Brazil to watch the semi-final and final, later in the competition.
