My Morning Jacket postpone London show

My Morning Jacket have postponed their London dates scheduled for later this month.

The band were due to play two shows, one at the London Scala and a second at St James's Church. However, both shows have been cancelled due to “health reasons”.

A statement reads: “Due to health reasons, My Morning Jacket will unfortunately have to cancel their shows on September 6th and September 7th in London along with Jim James' DJ night. The band hopes to reschedule these dates in the near future.”

The band added: "Hey everybody...thanks so much for wanting to come to the shows in ye olde London town. we were really looking forward to coming over again and kickin' it old school style, but unfortunately for health reasons we are simply unable to come-we've looked at all the options, and just cant find any way to make it possible right now.
