Mystery Jets join Rizla Unleashed

As part of Rizla's ‘inspired-by' programme of gigs, exhibitions and club nights that celebrate inspirations in music from the past and present through to the talent of today, Rizla Unleashed features a heavyweight line-up of top musical talent with headline performances from the ever impressive Starsailor and all-round awesome rock band, Feeder. Support includes guitar legend Graham Coxon, The Automatic who have dominated the air waves with their ‘monster' hit and ALO who supported Jack Johnson earlier this year.

New to the line-up for Rizla Unleashed are sensational rock n' roll band, The Mystery Jets! The band will be supporting Feeder & The Automatic on Friday 4th August and presenting songs from their debut album ‘Making Dens'.

All the best bands create their own universe. Few, however, create one as strange and bewitching as the Mystery Jets. Based on Eel Pie Island, the Bohemian stronghold in the middle of the Thames at Twickenham, the Mystery Jets embody British pop at its most invigoratingly weird. Already, previous singles ‘Zoo Time', ‘You Can't Fool Me Dennis', ‘On My Feet' and ‘Alas Agnes' have seemed like dispatches from some starry-eyed parallel universe.

Rizla Unleashed will finish on Saturday 5th August after another spectacular display of musical talent rock the cliff-top location of Watergate Bay. The second night line-up includes; Starsailor, Special Guest Graham Coxon, ALO, Breaks Co-Op, Nerina Pallot, Mick Hart & The Hitchock Rules. The festival runs from 3.30pm until 11pm on both days.
