The Mystery Jets announce The Pots and Pans Online Treasure Hunt plus UK headline tour, new single and debut album release

There's no band around quite like the Mystery Jets, and true to their name, they're launching their debut album Making Dens (released 6 March on 679) with a suitably mystifying online game and competition with plenty of surprises along the way.

The Mystery Jets Pots and Pans Online Treasure Hunt is based on the old sliding pieces game. Eight virtual pieces of the puzzle will be hidden on participating websites. Clues to the location of each piece will be sent out to the Mystery Jets fan mailing list (head to www.mysteryjets.com to join) in the weeks leading up to March 6th. Collect all the pieces to complete the puzzle and be entered into the grand prize draw - a magical mystery trip to Amsterdam with the band. There will be plenty of other prizes along the way, including signed albums and gig tickets to all dates on the Mystery Jets upcoming tour:

The Mystery Jets have just completed a sold-out jaunt on the NME Awards tour with Maximo Park, Arctic Monkeys and We are Scientists. Their debut album Making Dens, released on March 6th is preceded by the single The Boy Who Ran Away on February 27th through 679 Recordings.
