The R&B singer turned 30 yesterday but began partying at the start of the week.
A whole host of A-list stars have been seen accompanying the American star to a number of New York City's hot spots over the last few days.
According to the New York Post, Ne-Yo began his celebrations on Tuesday night.
He was spotted at nightclub Greenhouse in New York's SoHo district, where he hopped in the DJ booth and sang a few songs from his new album R.E.D.
The musician was seen partying in the VIP area of The Darby club in the city that same evening, at the launch of Dr. Dre's Executive headphones.
Joining Ne-Yo on the dance floor was Def Jam founder Russell Simmons and Roc Nation princess Rita Ora.
The next night, Ne-Yo and a group of 35 friends had dinner at swanky NYC restaurant Acme in NoHo. Partying with him was singer Estelle and rapper Fabolous.
The group then headed to nightclub Mister H in Manhattan where they joined the album release party of singer Brandy.
After a quick stop at the venue, Ne-Yo and his party crew hit the SL nightclub in the trendy Meatpacking District of the city.
