Dizzy Heights, is due for release in the UK and Ireland on February 10th through Lester Records via Kobalt Label Services (KLS).
Lead by the single "Flying in the Face of Love" currently play-listed on BBC Radio 2 and available on iTunes http://smarturl.it/nlfndzhf, Dizzy Heights is Co-produced by Dave Fridmann (Mercury Rev, The Flaming Lips, Tame Impala). Recorded between Finn's Roundhead studio in Auckland and Fridmann's Tarbox studio in upstate New York, this is Neil Finn's third solo outing following, Try Whistling This and One Nil (or One All).
The Crowded House frontman will embark on a nationwide tour this spring. Featuring Finn with a full band, the Dizzy Heights Tour will open at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on April 24th, and stop in Bristol, Birmingham, Cambridge, Nottingham and Dublin with dates at the Sage Gateshead, the Lowry in Manchester and Royal Festival Hall in London before heading over to Holland, Belgium and Germany.
Before Christmas, Finn played a sold-out show at St. James's Church in London's Piccadilly, garnering widespread plaudits, including 4 stars in the Guardian, "The title track is suitably giddy, all helium-light melodies and the bliss of encountering love".
