Overview
Following their highly anticipated reunion show last night, the New York Dolls have been the victims of theft as a lyric book with "huge sentimental value" is stolen from the stage.
Playing their first show together since the Seventies, the band had reformed at the special request of festival curator Morrissey.
A spokesperson for the venue told Xfm that the lyric book belonging to the band was taken from the stage at the end of the show and due to the sentimental value of the item, they'd like it returned as quickly as possible.
The band have asked that the book is returned to the venue, and no further questions will be asked.
