The 18-year-old singer, nicknamed “Mr President” by his brothers because of his serious way of talking, said on US talk show The View that he wants to get into politics – and the White House.
“I would like to, I really would,” Jonas told the show’s host Sherri Shepherd.
Asked what his running platform would be, he added: “Twenty-four, that’s how old you have to be, so I have a lot of time to figure it out.”
He also denied suggestions that the Jonas Brothers were “no more”, saying: “No, no, we are just taking time for individual projects… but we’ll come back and do something soon.”
