The British rocker is working on his solo career but was unhappy to learn that the domain name noelgallagher.com was bought by a man in Barcelona ten years ago.
According to The Sun, the man was asking for a large amount of cash in return for giving up the domain.
So Gallagher, who left the band Oasis last year, flew the man over to London where he paid for him to be put up in a hotel for the night and tried to thrash out a deal.
In the end the man decided to drop the cash demand and just asked for some signed memorabilia and to be put on the guest list at some of his solo gigs.
