The promo for Chloe Lattanzi's Play With Me has become controversial in Australia, Olivia's home country.
Child psychologist Michael Carr-Gregg, speaking on Aussie TV, has just called on the Australian government to ban it.
The video features Chloe holding a gun to her head, slashing into her arm with a large knife, electrocuting herself in the bath and snorting cocaine.
Melbourne-based Dr Carr-Gregg said: 'This is a music video which normalises, glamorises, and sanitises illicit drug use, suicidal thoughts and deliberate self harm.
'New figures show illicit drug use is on the rise and this is absolutely unacceptable.'
He called on Australia's minister for mental health, Mark Butler, to ban the clip.
'I hope Mr Butler listens to the outcry from professionals all over the country and moves to get this video banned,' he said.
However, Chloe, 25, Olivia's only child, has defended it, saying it is meant to illustrate how much someone can crave attention from the person they love.
'It is not intended to tell women to kill themselves, it's more about showing what it’s like to be in a destructive relationship. It's art, not real life,' she said.
