P. Diddy parties with Beckhams

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham reportedly joined P. Diddy for a night out.

The couple bumped into the rapper while dining at the fancy Nobu restaurant in West Hollywood, California at the weekend.

Apparently the duo then followed the musician on to the city's Supper Club afterwards where they chatted in a private room.

"David and Victoria have got to know Diddy really well," a source told British newspaper The Sun. "They don't usually go for big nights out but they joined him at Supper Club for more than an hour before ducking out."

The fashion designer and soccer legend were forced to head home earlier than the star, whose real name is Sean Combs.

However Diddy managed to get some advice regarding his physique from the sportsman before they parted ways.

"They have young kids, so there are no such things as lie-ins," the insider continued. "Diddy was asking David about getting some exercise tips."

Diddy is well known for hosting guests at his many lavish occasions.

Last month the hip-hop star threw a party for his twin daughters' seventh birthdays and got into the spirit by wearing a huge fake crown and cape.

He also bought his son a $360,000 Maybach for his 16th birthday in 2010.

The musician had tole MailOnline two years prior he spent almost $3 million on his own birthday.

Diddy said at the time it's important he does something big for himself at least once a year.

"Every year, me and a small, secret crew of people fly off to Ibiza for a week's partying. It's a mixed group – we call ourselves the Breakfast Club," he continued, musing, "and generally I'd say the best ratio for any party is two women to every one man."
