Anderson, 43, an honorary director for PETA, is set to try and speak to lawmakers in the country after an anti-fur bill was put on hold in the country after concerns by ultra-Orthodox leaders.
They were worried that the ban could affect the production of the fur hats that are worn by some men from Hasidic sects on holidays and other occasions.
According to Access Hollywood, Anderson said it is positive that Israel has no fur farms and she hopes to speak about the issue during her trip there.
The former Baywatch star said she will try and speak out about animal rights as she continues to perform on Dancing With The Stars shows around the world.
