Sir Paul McCartney is set to marry his fiancée at the same registry office where he wed his late wife Linda.
The former Beatle and 51-year-old Nancy Shevell, are reportedly planning to tie the knot at Westminster Register Office in Marylebone, London. It has been claimed the ceremony could take place this weekend.
According to British newspaper The Daily Mail, the pair arrived in person to post official banns earlier this week. The documents list the couple as 'James Paul McCartney' and 'Nancy Shevell' and say they that each have had a previous marriage dissolved.
The 69-year-old musician listed his profession as 'business executive' and his future heiress wife is listed herself as an 'executive'.
The Westminster Register Office saw Paul marry the then Linda Eastman in 1969. She tragically died in 1998 aged 56 after battling cancer.
The couple raised four children together ' Linda's daughter Heather, who was adopted by Paul, as well as Mary, Stella and James.
Paul and Nancy began dating in 2007 and announced their engagement in May this year. They have chosen rings from exclusive Los Angeles jeweller Neil Lane.
This will be Paul's third marriage.
After Linda died in 1998, he tied the knot with Heather Mills in 2002, with the pair's bitter divorce battle being finalised in 2008.
She won a £24.3million settlement.
Nancy was previously married to American lawyer Bruce Blakeman.
