Sir Paul McCartney has revealed his new album will be called Chaos and Creation in the Backyard.
Speaking to Radio One the 63-year-old denied rumours the album would be a double although he admitted, "I have two albums worth going at once."
The new album, the follow-up to 2001's Driving Rain, is expected in the autumn.
McCartney has been working with producer Nigel Godrich who has previously worked with Radiohead and Travis. Among the rumoured song titles is A Fine Line. As well as hisregular band, McCartney also recorded with former Jellyfish frontman Jason Falkner and Bill Withers' former drummer James Gadson on recent sessions.
The former Beatle begins a North American tour in Miami, Florida, on September 16.document.write(unescape("
