Peaches Geldof is staying at a luxury London hotel for free.
The 20-year-old socialite – who is the daughter of Boomtown rats rocker Bob Geldof – moved from her family's south London home to a double room in the exclusive Mayfair Hotel after a fight with her father in February.
She has been living in a lavish £320 per night room at the five-star establishment ever since – and she doesn't have to pay anything as the hotel has hired her as their "brand ambassador".
Peaches has reportedly racked up a bill of more than £50,000 in the past 14 weeks, dining at the hotel's restaurant, getting expensive treatments in the spa, enjoying endless drinks from her mini-bar and ordering more than £10,000 worth of room service. Her friends are given their own rooms when they want to stay and Peaches is upgraded to a £1,000 per night suite whenever one is available.
A hotel source said: "Peaches has basically been living at the hotel. She has spent a huge amount of money here with her friends and the tab is taken care of.
"It's felt she is a good ambassador for the hotel and because of that she is allowed to have friends stay with her and have parties up in her room."
In return for the free board and lodging, Peaches must mention the hotel in her magazine columns and get photographed outside it. Peaches moved out of her family's Battersea home after she had a bust up with Bob, 57, over her saucy lingerie shoot for Ultimo.
Her spokesman insists she has no plans to move back and is currently searching for a place of her own.
He said: "Peaches is on the ambassador scheme at the hotel. However, she is getting slightly tired of living out of a suitcase. She is house-hunting in London and she is still renting an apartment in New York."
