Pere Ubu have announced they will be touring in February to promote the release of their latest album, "Long Live Père Ubu!". All of the gigs, except the London Relentless Garage show, will be the "Long Live Père Ubu!" – The Spectacle show.
For The Spectacle, Pere Ubu has devised an extraordinary event that involves connective dialog, electronic ambience, choreography, and animations by legendary film-makers The Brothers Quay.
The Relentless Garage show on Thursday 25th February is entitled "Pere Ubu: The First & The Last" and will see the band bringing both ends of their career together, performing in its entirety their first album, The Modern Dance, alongside their latest release over the course of two sets.
