Peter Andre is fighting for access to his children.
The 'Mysterious Girl' singer has vowed to launch legal action against his estranged wife Katie Price, for regular access to the three kids they raise together - Junior, four, Princess Tiaamii, two, and seven-year-old stepson Harvey - until their divorce is finalised.
A friend said: "The only thing Pete cares about is his children. He doesn't want any money from Kate, she can keep the house. He just wants as much access to his children as he can. The children are living with Kate and she dictates when Pete can see them."
The 36-year-old Australian pop star is reportedly frustrated the British glamour model keeps leaving the children in the care of their nannies, while she is out socialising and working.
The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The other day he found out they were spending all their time with the nanny and he just drove over to the house to get them. He knows that his kids need to be with their parents."
Meanwhile, author John Blake - who is about to release a Michael Jackson biography - is planning to pen a tome about 31-year-old Katie and Peter's tempestuous romance.
The book - which is expected to be titled 'Too Much In Love' - will document their entire relationship and will reportedly tell "the truth behind the break-up of a couple who appeared to be so in love".
