Peter was forced to postpone some of his concerts when doctors advised him to rest, following his emergency operation.
But today a spokesperson, Claire Powell, from Peter's management company CAN tweeted: 'GOOD NEWS Peter Andre has the all clear from the doctors for the rest of the tour.'
The 37-year-old chart singer was forced to postpone two shows at Plymouth Pavilions on Friday and Butlins in Minehead on Saturday after being rushed to hospital in 'excruciating pain'.
He was said to have had surgery at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton to remove a kidney stone.
