The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer – who has children Junior, six, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii with ex-wife Katie Price – has been receiving abusive messages from an unnamed person on social networking website twitter and the Australian star believes that he shouldn't have to put up with the comments just because he is in the public eye.
He said: "I've been the victim of a twitter bully and last week I spoke out and asked the person spreading lies about me and my family to reveal their identity.
"This coward – whose twitter name I won't reveal – is hiding behind a computer and doesn't have the guts to say who they really are, but they're more than happy to dish out abuse to me.
"A lot of people in the public eye are subjected to this kind of thing and I think it's time we take a stand and bring these bullies down. As soon as I find out who it is, I'll see them in court."
As well as the problems with his internet bully, Peter is also concerned about his father Sawas, who was taken ill on a recent holiday to Spain and is now staying with the star, along with his wife Thea.
Peter added in his latest column for new! magazine: "Dad's out of hospital and he's staying with me at the moment, but he's got a really big operation next week. He's having it done down in Somerset as there's a specialist doctor in the hospital there who's the best person for the job. I'm a bit worried about it, but I'm sure it'll be fine."
