The Australian pop star – whose ex-wife is Katie Price – is ready to find love again and hopes one day to remarry and have more children.
Peter – who has two kids, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii, with Katie and helps raise her seven-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship - said: "You've got to kiss a few frogs before you meet your prince or in my case a few tadpoles until you find your princess! But I want to be in that family unit again and have more children and be in love again."
Peter insists he isn't going to rush into a new relationship and he will instinctively know when he has met his 'Mrs. Right'.
The 34-year-old singer – who has only had a brief fling since his divorce from Katie was finalised - added to Britain's OK! magazine: "I'm not in a rush, though – I'm a single guy and I'm fine. I'm in no rush to get married but you never know who you're going to meet and when it will happen. I do have faith in marriage. It is very important and it's the key to the future of your children. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out but you've got to go into it with the intention that's it's going to be forever."
Katie married cage-fighter Alex Reid in a Las Vegas ceremony in February and Peter insists he has no problem with either of them.
He said: "My head is in the right place now and there is no animosity to anybody. I feel good and have a new zest for life."
