Peter Andre says being single makes him look better.
The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer is training five days a week and reckons he's in the best shape of his life since he divorced model Katie Price in September.
He said: "I love the fact that I have a six-pack, which I haven't had for years.
"When we split up I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror, all my confidence vanished."
The singer revealed he was now the same weight as he was 15 years ago and credited sex and chocolate as ways to feel good.
Peter, 36, said: "Exercise, sex and chocolate are great for making you feel good - and I'm doing two out of three!"
However, Peter said there wasn't any girlfriend on the scene to reap the rewards from his honed body.
He admitted to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "I don't have a girlfriend and I haven't slept with anyone. I feel frustrated at all these silly playground putdowns linking me to different women.
"I'm not a prude but I don't want to rush into bed with just any girl. I enjoy being single."
