Overview
Phil Spector, out on bond for charges of murder, was arrested Friday (May 14) outside his home after fighting with his chauffeur.
Spector and the driver were both charged with misdemeanor battery. The pair had entered an aurgument about the driver's job duties, which, after going on for some time, escalated into a small melee.
By the time police arrived, both men were trying to put one another under citizen's arrest.
Spector is out on bail as charges for murdering actress Lana Clarkson, who was found dead in Spector's home in February 2003.
