Phil Spector is being ordered to appear in court Monday. That's according to his lawyer, who says it's a possible sign that Spector has been indicted by a grand jury for murder.
Attorney Roger Rosen says he hasn't been told about an indictment, but can think of no other reason why he and Spector have been called to court. A spokesman for the district attorney's office declines comment.
